1: Establishing Yourself

The first Core Course will teach you how to get motivated, understand your strengths and talents, manage your time, and focus your energy. In this workshop, you will complete a variety of self-assessments and learn about critical skills needed for future success.


2: Interacting With Others

The second Core Course will examine teamwork, collaboration and leadership skills. In this course, you will learn and practice networking and communication techniques, as well as the basics of building good relationships.


3: Solving Problems

The third Core Course will take a serious look into one of today’s most valued job skills – problem solving. Working in teams, you will engage in a series of Challenges and practice a variety of techniques and tools you can use to create innovative solutions.

4: Making Choices

The fourth and final Core Course will present a gauntlet of issues, situations and scenarios to help you understand how to assess problems and make decisions. You will gain experience in facilitation, evaluation, questioning and information-gathering processes.
