REACH Out...The REACH Program needs your support!

There are many ways to get involved. Here are just a few options:

  • Make a donation to REACH to underwrite our program development, job training, and scholarships.
  • Hire a young person for 6-12 weeks during the summer. You set the parameters for the internship – hours, pay, and responsibilities. We are here to assist as much (or as little) as you would like. Most employers pay the student directly at roughly $10 - $15 per hour, depending on the student and the work involved.
  • Volunteer to participate in job training activities, such as mock interviews.
  • If you are unable to host a summer intern at your company, provide a donation to underwrite a summer work experience for a young person with another employer, such as a nonprofit organization.
  • Host a fundraising event. We do a number of fundraising activities throughout the year and we are always looking for new ideas and help inputting together events.
  • Volunteer to help recruit other employers, participate in our community service activities, or mentor a student.
  • Make your conference room available for job training classes and meetings.
